The Stanford Black Business Conference was started in the spring of 1982 by members of the Class of 1983 to bring together some of the most influential black business leaders with Stanford students and alumni to promote innovation, growth, and circulate progressive ideas. Our mission is to celebrate and highlight the achievements of Black business leaders while also providing a forum to facilitate the exchange of ideas and foster strong relationships within the Black business community.

What BBSA Members are Saying

“The BBSA conference and gala weekend was a great opportunity to not only recognize the tremendous progress made by our community but also the huge amount of work still to be done. I came out of it energized by the inspirational speakers and motivated to tackle the problems facing people of color in healthcare!”
